Yoga Instructor. Marketing Manager. Lead Singer. Chief Operating Officer. These were just a few of the personal brands of powerhouse women who filled the room on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Classic Kids Photography in Highland Park, IL when Blazin’ Babes hosted a career development workshop networking event entitled, Professional Headshots & Your Personal Brand.
With the expertise of four female panelists from various companies and industries including Beven Mugford of Peach, Erica Hornthall of Chicago Dance Therapy and Irena Persky of WellBeing Treasured, women of Blazin’ Babes enjoyed light appetizers and refreshments while learning about the importance of creating, owning and representing their own personal brand both on and off of social media.
Following the discussion, guests were pampered by make up artist, Josie Volpentesta of Make Up By Josie in addition to receiving their professional headshot captured by photographer, Natalie Hartung with the help of her team from Classic Kids Photography of Highland Park, IL. Between the laughter, warm smiles and networking buzz that filled the room, women left the event with not only a professional headshot, but also new connections, friendships and a true sense of the importance of personal brand.
